1. Money-Back Guarantee Period
The refund eligibility period depends on the license type purchased. Please note the specific time limits below:
- Yearly Subscription Plan and Lifetime Plan: We offer a refund within 14 days of purchase for qualifying orders.
2. Eligible Situations for Refund
We generally approve refund requests under the following circumstances within the guarantee period:
- Accidental Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- Wrong Product Purchase: You purchased the wrong product and subsequently purchased the correct product from us within the refund period.
- Unresolved Technical Issues: The product is unusable due to technical issues, and our support team was unable to resolve the problem within the refund period (provided you have contacted us and cooperated).
- Subscription Billing Errors: You were charged for a subscription renewal despite having successfully canceled your subscription before the renewal date.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
- Violation of Terms of Use: If your account or license has been suspended or banned due to a violation of our Terms of Use (e.g., illegal resale of licenses, abnormal account sharing, or piracy), you strictly forfeit your right to any refund.
- Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind after the purchase.
- Expired Period: The refund request is made after the money-back guarantee period has expired.
- Wrong Product Purchase Without Correction: You purchased the wrong product but did not buy the correct product within the refund period.
- Product Misunderstanding: Dissatisfaction caused by a failure to read the product description and daily limits carefully, or failure to try the free version before purchase (resulting in functionality or compatibility complaints).
- Automatic Renewal Charges: Refunds are not granted for automatic renewal charges if you failed to cancel your subscription before the renewal date. We do not accept claims that you "did not make the purchase" if the order is a result of an auto-renewal.
- Streaming Platform Changes: Refunds are not provided for cancellations due to the discontinuation of a streaming platform subscription or inability to download caused by platform changes.
- Regional Price Differences: Refund requests based on price differences between different regions and suppliers.
- Authorization Issues: You are unable to authorize the product due to user error and do not contact the support team for assistance.
- Lack of Cooperation: You report a technical issue but refuse to provide necessary information or fail to cooperate with our technical support team to resolve the problem.
4. Subscription & Cancellation Note
- Auto-Renewal: Our subscription plans are set to auto-renew by default. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation Process: If you are unsure whether your subscription was successfully canceled or do not know how to cancel it, please contact us through the "Contact Us" page, and we will assist you promptly.
- Effect of Cancellation: Canceling your subscription does not automatically refund the current cycle; it simply prevents the next billing cycle. You can still use our products until the current billing date expires.
5. Processing & License Deactivation
- Processing Time: Your refund will be processed within 1 to 7 business days, depending on your payment method.
- License Deactivation: Please note that once a refund is issued, the corresponding product license will be immediately deactivated, and you will no longer be able to use the software as a paid user.
